Distinguished Leadership
This course emphasizes the distinction between leadership skills and management skills. Participants learn to understand their own leadership style and values. In turn, they can create a vision for their company, department or team, and sharpen their skills to inspire the people around them.
Situational Leadership
This course is based on Ken Blanchard's work on Situational Leadership. Participants learn how to best utilize and "flex" their natural leadership style to better meet the motivation level and competencies of the individuals and teams they are leading.
The Dynamics of Team Performance - The Manager's Challenge
This course shows managers how to lead a productive team. Participants learn how to build solid working relationships, manage individual personalities, and optimize group dynamics. They also learn how to clarify roles and responsibilities, set team goals, manage individual and team accountability, and link team performance to organizational objectives.
