HEIDI OLSEN, M.S., FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
Heidi Olsen has been an Organizational Development consultant for 15 years. As President of Turning Point Consulting her primary responsibility is to direct client services. In this capacity Heidi assesses the client's needs and matches the appropriate consultants to deliver the successful achievement of the client's identified objectives. She also actively participates in the evaluation, design and delivery of those services.

Heidi's areas of specialization include executive coaching as well as the creative design and implementation of new organizational strategies and development plans. She has worked extensively with growing companies as well as those experiencing mergers and acquisitions.

She has presented at national and international conferences, has co-authored the books Leadership for Tomorrow's World and Executive Coaching Resource Book 2000, and has worked as a consultant co-designing a series of industry videotapes. In addition to her client work, she teaches Executive Coaching for the William James Institute.

Heidi holds a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling and Mental Health from California State University at Hayward, a secondary teaching credential from San Jose State University and is certified as an Organizational Development Consultant. She has a State Certification in Executive Coaching and is a certified Inscape Instrument Trainer.

She is a member of the Bay Area Organizational Development Network, and the American Society for Training and Development.


FRED W. FARRELLY, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Fred W. Farrelly has 20 years of senior management experience. Fred has represented and been involved with numerous companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations.

As a Management Consultant and Executive Coach, Fred currently works with companies within the high-technology and telecommunications industries. His areas of specialization are Organizational Development and Business Coaching. In this capacity Fred serves as a strategic partner to CEO's and their executive staffs, facilitating sensitive negotiations and strategic decision-making processes.

His experience encompasses the formulation and execution of company sales and marketing strategies, operating systems, resources, corporate cultures and philosophies, as well as planning and involvement at the senior management level. While holding the position of Corporate Vice President/Business Development for Kelley-Clarke, Inc., Fred served on the Executive/Advisory Boards of over thirty companies including Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive, and Newman's Own.

Fred's other responsibilities included corporate involvement in the areas of Human Resources, Legal, Mergers and Acquisitions, Accounting, Client Relations, and Marketing and Sales. Fred was responsible for leading the transition teams on six company mergers/acquisitions, and has had direct involvement in changing corporate culture from that of autonomous operating divisions to a corporate-directed environment.


LUAN WILFONG, SENIOR CONSULTANT
As a professional coach, Luan Wilfong brings 15+ years in Human Resources Management to her work. Luan provides business and coaching expertise to all functional areas and to professionals operating in the roles of individual contributor, middle manager, director and senior executive. To support the development and/or implementation of an organization’s strategicbusiness plan, Luan provides leadership coaching to her clients in the areas of developing effective communication channels, creating team-oriented results and resolving interpersonal, business-related conflicts. Additionally, Luan works with many clients, who are at various stages of their work life, on career definition and direction.

Luan has worked in a wide variety of industries including telecommunications, biotechnology, software development, semiconductor, and financial services and effectively utilizes this knowledge in each of her coaching relationships. She most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for a communications systems company, also utilizing her organizational expertise to the benefit of her coaching clientele.

Luan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Economics from Santa Clara University. In addition, she is currently serving as Board Vice President for the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, is a Mentor for Menttium 100 in San Francisco, and is an Executive Coach for the Forum of Women Entrepreneurs.
